Welcome to The Streamside Homeowners Association (Streamside HOA), incorporated as The Village Green at The Valley Club Homeowners Association (VGVCHOA). We are a vibrant and close-knit community located within The Valley Club in Hailey, Idaho. We’re just 15-minutes from Ketchum, Idaho and the world-renowned Sun Valley Ski Resort.

Our community consists of 40 homes and building lots and an active and dedicated Board of Directors who work to ensure that our community is well-maintained and the needs of our residents met.
