Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC)

Streamside HOA has a 5-member Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC) appointed by the Board.  Its role is to approve the architectural and landscaping designs of new homes as well as changes to existing homes.

The goal of the ADRC is to guide the design of homes so that they are consistent with the Architectural Design Review Guidelines (ADRGs) adopted by the Streamside HOA. The current ADRGs can be found on the Documents section of this website.

Each submission to the ADRC will be considered for its quality of workmanship and design, the harmony of external design with the existing structures and location in relation to surrounding structures, topography, finish grade elevation and other aesthetic considerations.

The Streamside Board, working with the Streamside ADRC, recently conducted a landscaping survey of the homeowners, to better guide the ADRC’s landscaping policies. The survey questions can be found in the Documents section of this website.
